Environmental Policy

At Chasetown Civil Engineering Limited we recognise the importance of protecting the environment from our activities.

Chasetown Civil Engineering Ltd work in conjunction with requirements set out in its integrated management system to fulfil the requirements set out in ISO 14001:2015.

We are aware that environmental risk is created through the physical changes, the potential to pollute and the use of natural resources. Although we also recognise the benefits that engineering projects can have on the environment through the remediation of existing contaminated land and habitat improvement.

At Chasetown Civil Engineering Ltd we aim to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill by planning projects to prevent waste generation and reusing or recycling materials where possible.

To reduce the harmful effects that we may have on the environment, we are committed to integrating environmental management into our day-to-day practices. We will provide appropriate and adequate resources to allow us to achieve and maintain environmental best practice and ensure legal compliance.

This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate. The specific details of organisation, responsibilities and site control measures are detailed within our company Environmental procedures manual.
